Comtech and iPerceptions were partnered together to win the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies (OCSIT) Customer Satisfaction Survey Tool (CSST) Task Order. Through this project, we provide an online customer satisfaction survey tool that integrates with Google Analytics Premium (GAP). In addition to measuring these four key aspects of customer satisfaction above, we deliver a customer satisfaction survey tool that integrates with Google Analytics, so that federal agencies can see web analytics and customer satisfaction survey data in one dashboard.
